Godrej washing machine fully automatic
No one came to attend the complain

I had purchased a godrej washing machine two months back and now my machine is not working i had called customer number on 1/8/09 and they assured me that someeone will come to attend my complane within 24hrs but till date 07/08/09 no body came. when ever i call them they assure me that somebody will come to see my machine but noone comes.my complain no. is 916005 and one more complane no. is given to me today it is 916965. i am getting only complane no.s and no action is taken
