Wrong name, wrong address and different colou

Sir,

Please refer to my complaint No. 245749 dated 06 Oct with customer car with Mr. Yashwant.

I request for the followings:

a) Godrej washing machine fully automatic dolphin blue or blue or mahroon be provided. The machine is in silver grey colour which I do not want. It should be immediately replaced. Choice colour is available with the distributor.

b) Invoice is given to me wrong wherein my name and address is wrong. Correct name and address is as under.

Col. A.C.Poswal, 211, Narmada Apartments, Alaknanda, New Delhi-110019 where as it is on the name of Mr. A Poswal, 211, Nalanda Apartments New Delhi

c) Despatch gift voucher also.

I sall be grateful if the machine is replaced immediately.
