Godrej Washing Machine - Fuzzy Logic

I am a resident of Bhopal. My washing machine stopped working 3 months back. As it was under warranty for 5 years, I decided to call the customer service helpline to execute the process of repair however the response at the customer service department in Bhopal was very poor. After repeated calling they agreed to come and take the machine which happened after 3 days. I gave a copy of the invoice of purchase. Since then there has been no response and it has been over 8-9 weeks. I have tried calling them again and again but there is no proper confirmation. I am really sick now and would never go for Godrej appliances. If something is not done soon I would approach the consumer court for the same.
