Compalint about no Techinical team service from Godrej

This is Ashish Rai, Last year on 15th Nov my father brought Godrej Washing Machine model number 902, Washing machine is still in Guarantee period. Before few days ago my father transferred to Lonikand, Pune. Problem of washing machine is at the time of Drying cloths washing machine making very ugly sound. Previously it was not making such sound. For this I did complaint on 2nd Sep 2008. Complaint number is 976372, your executive told that with is 24 hours your problem will resolve by the technical team. But we are still waiting for your technical team member. Please do the necessary action in this regards and please resolve the problem as early as possible.
