GODREJ WHASING MACHINE
BROKEN MACHINE DELIVERD

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had purchase a Godrej washing Machine as on 26.01.2011 from Great Estern (Tollygung) & they delivered me on 27.01.2011.

But they give me a broken machine. Farther I launch a complain to the autherity. They send to company person & he take photo & assure me that it'll be replace & then everybody stoped. So again I give complain for 3-4 time but no result has come.

It is mentionable that my all house eletronic product are from LG & they all are running fine though i faced problem from it they give me instantly solution & service but 1st time I belive in Godrej & I badly disappointed.

So if you look after this matter then it'll be great. Still I am holding faith on this company now please I want solutions or farther I'll go to consumer forum.
