Company offices have been closed, phones are not reachable

Myself & one of my friend, investment a very god amount with Go Easy Online Trading (I) Limited in their Bangalore office. Initially they had given HSBC cheques but latter told that they are closing HSBC bank account and they replaced all cheques with AXIS Bank, MG Road, Bangalore cheques.

Unfortunately, 3 Axis Bank cheques that were given to me were dis-honoured in last one week and all of them bounced back with a reason stating that their a/c has been frozen. This happened without any intimation and that is criminal offence.

When I tried calling their known officials, all the mobiles phones were either switched off or says "invalid mobile no". Their office land line numbers were not reachable. When I visited their office at GEM Plaza at Infantry Road, it was locked. Security of that building informed that police came couple of days back and had taken away all their files. They do not know more than this.

Now we do not know how to catch them and how to get the money back.

I believe the owner of that company is local resident of Bangalore. Hope Govt/police takes necessary actions and make arrangements for returning the money to the investors.
