DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT

Dear Sir,

i Have bought the above mentioned Fridge on 05/02. Ever since i bought this it start creating the problem one way or the other. As per the information gathered from the market the above mention product of the company is total failure and Company has taken back the product from the market. Every time i lodged complain for any technical defaults the companys' service person change one part or the another. I requested Company's service centre to kindly change this or take your product back, but i am sorry to inform you that they neither take concern of my complain nor changed the product. Now my fridge is not working since 14th March. we have lodged the Complain someone came on the 14th Mar but without removing the actual defects he said that it will work now. My wife told that guy that its not cooling but he did not talke any pain. Now i am daily lodging the Complain but the Company's represtative is not attending our Complain.

I am requesting you to kindly do something in this matter. due to defalt in fridge all our Fruits and Vegitabeles are waste.
