How funny, the Goel Packers & Movers of RDG Group carrying the business for people from door to door. They don’t bother about customers while delivering goods in safe and good condition. Though, the company has taken the insurance premium money for damage or causalities from us. But, they don’t mind or care for their customers. As a better experience, we suffered from their (company) duties and agreement. On 11th May we sent our goods from New Delhi to Mumbai. On 15th May we received our goods to Mumbai residence. But, we found our goods dented and damaged. Our new double-bed, showcase, and chair were heavily damaged. Particularly, during positioning goods in the apartment, their employees opened the refrigerator door strongly and one part of the refrigerator had fallen and broken right in front of us. From that day onwards, we pursued the matter by calling them repeatedly, everyday. Each time, they talked and promised but nothing has been done. The dealing personnel, Mr. Atish Patil, a shameless fellow, keeps on telling us that they will repair and replace the damaged goods. Now, to whom we claim our damage demands would be justified or we would be in “WAITING FOREVER OR WAITING FOR JUSTICE”. This is our proclaim.
