Ecvery even after unsubscribing

I have sent 3 complaints today regarding recovery of subscription toawrds wap airtel even after unsubscribing for the same. I have tried to contact customer care supervisor/ executive at Hyderabad from 2pm on 15-05 till 04-12Pm but getting only pre recorded message to sms AIRTEL to toll free no 121.Hope u understand the problem of customers
