CREDIT CARD EXCESS BILL

Hi

I am Abhinav Varshney, and was using your GOLD CREDIT CARD NO. 4718610000222787 exclusively

because of TRANSPARENCY IN POLICIES.I was very much regular in clearing all the bills in due time that you can verify with VIEW PAY BILL HISTORY, but forced to leave your services due to excess charges.

The last bill which I submited as per your Account Statement was Rs.28385

After that I didnot receive any bill. In the month of Jan 09 I received your account statement staing the non receipt of the payment. After contacting your staff they were not able to hit the right issue.

After contacting again this was told that you have to pay Rs.5677.32, & also told that you have not given entire amount.

My first issue is "How you can say that I am poor payment maker?

Till the time I am not able to know the issue, how I can resolve the issue?

Why the Account statement was not sent earlier?

Why you didn't inform me in August 08?

I hope you will understand the same & will do the needful as earliest.
