Asking for more money without giving any services

I had taken membership for Rs 20000/-from Gold Crown Vacations EDM, Kaushambi Ghaziabad one year back, (Ref: GCVC 0375) for which they promised many exciting services, and now at time of taking services, they are asking for money under undisclosed heads.

This company is a biggest fraud in india and many people have lost their hard earned money like me.

They are the biggest theives in disguise of a company to loot your hard earned money.

and now i don't want any services from them, but my money back.

Please help me on this. I will be greatfull.
