Bad qualit product / Bad Response - Not fullfilling comitment

Dear Sir,

I have bought One AC with Stablizer from Authorised Distributor NAVRANG Audio Video, Vikas Marg, Delhi. Distributor suggested me to buy a Stablizer of Make: Golden Eye with 5 Years Guarantee - replacable. If in case any problem arises within the guaranteed period, he will replace and provide a fresh piece.

Instrument quality is very bad. I had replaced it 2-3 times with a repaired instrument and not fresh piece as committed with the distributor. when I asked for the fresh piece he insisted to keep then old repaired piece with me and convinced to give a new piece if in case any problem arises next time. After completion of 2 yrs again I faced the same problem but he refused and said 2 yrs warranty was replacable and rest of 3 yrs they will replace only when tranformer does'nt work. Instrument was then checked by his engineer he said transmitter coil has burnt. Now the distributor is saying it is chargable (Labour charge Part repair/replacable will be chargable.). Now he is refusing his committment and I am facing grave problem. Pls take an appropriate action and suggest the proper solution.

Warranty Clause: warranty card clearly mantion's "if transformer will not work. Its' replacable."
