Improper Registration and Supply of Cylinders

My consumer number is G12132. I booked for a cylinder on 31.01.2008. When I asked for the registration number, I was told tht the computers were not functioning, so your registration is done, you will receive the cylinder on 16th. But still we have not received it. When enquired, We were given a reply that registration has not been done on that day. We can accept your registration as on 19.02.2008 and give the cylinder on 01.03.2008.

Already the existing cylinder is over, we do not have any other option to cook except to buy food for the entire family with two school going Kids.

We cam to know that the cylinder suppliers are misusing cylinders, supplying to bakeries in Coimbatore.

The above agency is also not correcting their supply pattern. Alternative months we are in trouble with these persons.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange for an alternate agency in this area.
