Very poor response to consumers

Hi

No one in this agency is bothered for consumer, all the contact numbers (0124-4078233/4075729) given by them are never answered by them whatsoever is the cause.

They dont book gas before 20 days of last delivery and delivers gas cylinder for ressidential use after 15-20 days after booking.

In total 35-40 days are least taken by them in deliviring gas cylinder to consumer having single connection.

There is no response to phone calls made to them and give wrong committments to consumers if you visit them personally.

For me to register gas leakage complaint i had to vistit physically Golden Gas Agency two times in two days so that they can check gas cylinder leakage.

My request to Indane authorities to please keep some check on this agency as no one is happy with there services.

We had to beg the agency people to get gas and they dont answer our solutions.
