Delayed Delievery of refill gas cylinde

Dear Sir,

It is very difficult to get the cylinder booked as the all phone numbers provided remain invariably busy. I tried the numbers esp. 4070210 throughtout the day but was unable to get through.

For the last many months the normal delievey time betveen the booking and the delievery of the refill is 2 weeks to sometimes 3 weeks.

In the event of gas leakage it's not possible to contact the routine gas service # and the emergency # as these are never available

Kindly look into the matter.
