Ad service, there is no trace of my stuff

I used there service to transfer my household material from pune to Gurgaon.

I sent my stuff on 20th july (sunday) from pune to reach Gurgaon on july 27th (sunday).

Today is Aug 1st and I still have not recieved my stuff.

When I called them several times (more than 20 times), I was told that the permit of th etruck got over in gujrat and the truck was retained there because it was not allowed to travel further.

No one knows for sure in the whole system, what will happen now and when will my belongings reach gurgaon.

I ve been living here in a pthetic condition as all my things are in that truck.

And above all there is no one whom I can talk to because no one gives me a proper reply and no one knows when will it finaally reach.
