Harassment of fuel filling staff, manage

Sir, on20th of march09 at 20;25;17 in the recipt timing.i went to fill petrol for my bike at the above mentioned date and time. There was que for one pump but in other pumping machine it was free and the filling person was also free, i immediately moved to the other filling pump and told him to fill it, but he said"i cant fill to bike it is used only for cars so move to other pump" he said. I asked the supervisior " sir nearly 10 persons r waiting why cant u fill to bike in other pump" asked him, he said "it instructed by company, " which company i asked " by whom by ur owner or bharat petroleum". He replied"by bpc ". On that day i was waiting twenty mins, moving to one pump to the other. Every started saying " every time those persons won"t behave properly even, they wont respond responsibly, even some persons were with thier kids waiting, those guys kept on commenting joking themselfs. Sir, kindly tke action against them.? Thank u.
