Product not received against purchase still after 1 yea

I have purchased a gold coin from GoldQuest India Pvt Ltd., Tamilnadu on payment of Rs 35000/- approx.during May.

The product is expected to reach to me within 45 days but after 1 year of time has passed, still I have not received the product yet.

I have tried to contact there customer support through email but no proper response has been given by them.

I am attaching the purchase receipt for your reference.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
