RTO registration documents are not yet provided

Hi, This is Vijay Jaygude from Pune. I had purchased a bike from Goldstar Motors. Located at phugewadi, pune. After sale service is pathetic from this showroom. I had purchased a bike in october and till now i have not received a RTO smart card. Even the bike mannual was given after 4 months. Each time they give foolish reasons and commit that you can collect the document after 2 days. But it never happens. Many peopel must be suffering from same things. Please help people here.
