Goo2o technologies - a fraud & cheater company

I invested Rs. 2 lakhs in this company's reseller investment program one year back in june. Even after one year, I didn't get even my original investment of rs 2 lakh back (profit amount is always pending) while as per the investment program aggrement, I should have got my investment along with profit (which makes Rs 2.52 lakh) back in 6 months. Most of the re-payment cheques issued by this company against my investment, use to dis-honor. Almost 10 payment cheques which were issues by this company to me have been dis-honored. I've some of those dis-honored cheques with me. I've been following up with company's customer relationship managers, but either they don't take my calls or just make false promises which is very frustrating. This involves lots of mental harressment.
