Goodrej Split AC
Water Leakage

Our Split AC is not even 1 year ols & we are facing water leakage problem. We contacted at the no. given on the brousher which we rcvd from dealer at the time of purchase and we recvd fabolus response"ye to normal hai aaj nhi to kal hona hi tha" which is seriously shocking. As whenever we plan to buy any electronic product we used to prefer Goodrej but from now, i dont think the same...

Would like that some one should come at my place & chk the AC as soon as possible as it is ruining our furniture day by day.

I would also appreciate if service provider can be given any training on Customer services. As i was so upset after hearing that "ye to normal hai".

we have all the appliances of Goodrej but from now i make sure we will not make this mistake.and also i will not advice any one to opt for Goodrej.
