Mail not receiving from last 20 days

Hi,

whenever i have send the mail on our company mail address i.e goodwill@reliancemail.net immediately i am getting a reply that my mail has been bouce due to our company mail inbox is 100% full, but i have deleted all my company mail from the inbox but still i am not able to send the mail to goodwill@reliancemail.net

As its our company mail address & we are not getting the mail from our customer, so request you to please send your suggestion to resolve the issue.
