ICICI Bank Credit Card

I paid Rs.4270/- in cash for the ICICI Credit card No. 4477... 3009 to the collection agent, BSA Informedia Pvt. Ltd. sent to me by ICICI Bank on 15th May. My amount has not yet been credited in the statement. I am still getting overdues statement which I paid for. While repetative complain No. SR109948776 to the ICICI customer care, my issue has not yet been settled. Could any body body guide me we what to do?

Shall I go to court? or else. Please advice
