They do not respect their own terms

"In the event the Agreement is terminated, Google shall pay Your earned balance to You within approximately ninety (90) days after the end of the calendar month in which the Agreement is terminated by You (following Google's receipt of Your written request, including by email, to terminate the Agreement) or by Google."

They closed my account and did not even bothered to respond to my emails. I have earned > 4000$ last month and they closed my account. I do not use any spam/program/cheat method. Based on the terms at https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms? hl=en_US they must release my amount earned previously account closure.

But, they are "lost" no email reply nothing... and I have sent them at list 25 emails
