We have airtel connection form past 4 years. we have been paying the bill very promptly all the time except 2 to 3 times. now as our house is shifted we asked for shifting of telephone but ur people said as there is some problem in the area it canot be shifted and we askd for cancellation and it was processed also. after one month once agin ur executive came for bill collection and said the connection can be give to the new address and he assured it will be done in a week and took the payment. he dint turn up after that we kept calling him servaral times but no satisfactory reply came to us. in the end last week it was again told that connection is not possible and it will be cancelled.

i think it was just a big drama played by ur airtel executive to take the bill payment which is very shameful on your part, to do such things with the custormers. now once again they are saying there is balance all this is for the no-08214281209. if same thing goes on im going to the consumer court. u people are really irretating, its a mental torture to us. its better u get us this issue soleved at the earlist;
