Not able to access my gmail and orkut account

Haloo sir..its me sheenam here .my problem is dat m nt able 2 access ma orkut n gmail acc.i log in yesterday noon ..bt vn i log in d evenin ..dn my acc.ws nt working..the main problem is dat my orkut n gmail acc.hv same username n password ..n nw m nt able 2 use my both acc.
