Hacking of orkut account

Sir,

Few days back, someone with id- priety verma had submitted add request to my wife's orkut account- which was not accepted. but later on the fellow hacked my wife's id & profile and copied complete profile to his id showing Kavita Hatwar. he also had few chats with the friends added in my wife’s id. later on he sent mail on my wifes id form priety verma claiming 500 Rs.by way of mobile top up for deleting copied profile and not misusing it. Copy of email is attached. He also claimed that he knows last five digit of my wife’s Mo no as 02345 which is true.

I have already requested Orkut to delete fake account Kavita Hatwar but its still appearing. ill be great full to you if u can arrange to delete the fake account. i also want to lodge complaint to cyber-crime branch. how can i do this.
