Delete hacked account

Dear sir,

i am santosh from navi mumbai.this complaint register from my new yahoo email address, i am in some trouble, actually i had google account, and i used gmail, orkut

and picasaweb services of google.but on 26 feb some one hacked my google account he changed my password and deleted my secondary E-mail id, so i cannot reset my

password.and in my orkut profile he changed profile photo with nude girl.in all over profile he linked one blog and its address is"http://video01.wordpress.com". i think hacker from brazil.i want delete my google account and all services like gmail, orkut.because gmail having some finacial, bank, personal photo emails.so please advice me or help me for deleting this account. i waiting for your reply.
