Email account hacked

I am abhinav jaiswal, my gmail account which is also my orkut, got hacked in june end.

Someone has got its access and changed its password.

My gmail id is "abhigyan4@gmail.com", this is also my orkut id.

So please help in deleting my account from gmail as well as orkut as soon as possible.

I have also tried to recover my password but I am not able to get it.
