Harassment & violence in Ladies Special

We travel by the Virar Ladies Special that runs slow from Churchgate to Virar. The arrival time at Charni Road station is 6.18 and we have to alight at Malad Station. Although the whole train of 12 coaches is for ladies, those living beyond Borivli have a high-handed attitude towards those staying within the limits of Churchgate -Borivli. They threaten to stop us from alighting at our destination and use physical force to prevent us from getting down. Besides resorting to violence and abuse, they also block one side of the gangway so that only side can be used both for getting in and getting out of the train. The contention of the people staying beyond Borivli is that the Virar Train is meant only for those living beyond Borivli. Kindly take up the matter in hand so that this situation does not get out of control. It may be mentioned that nearly 20 years back, a group of BMC lady teachers had battered a female commuter to death with their umbrellas in the Virar local.
