I am not satisfied with your product

It is very sad to give this compaint on the product electron rice cooker. it was purchaed from gothi sons visakhapatnam on 4.12.08. on the next day we took the product with a complaint that the rice was not cooked. the bottom of the container gets more heat and rice is burnt. almost 4-5 times the product was returned to them. still no action is taken by them. every time they return the same product but never works still rice gets spoiled. the name of rice cooker appears false. a new piece may be given to the customer than returning the same after 1 to 2 months.
