Note yet recived Passport

Dears,

i have applied for passport on 21-05 for NAGPUR region, and i gone under Police inquiry on 29-05, since my passport status is under "Police report has not been Received".

it means from three months i am just waiting for the Passport normally it comes within 45 days,

my file no: Z600399-09

if any reason let me know so that i will re-apply for the Passport.

the most important is, i called up NAGPUR office so many times but no one picking up my call also i have sent mail several time for that also no reply.

please help.
