Complaint about the bus conducto

Dear sir,

Today we friends traveled in a Government bus from krishnagiri town bus stand to K.R.P dam in bus no 41 (reg no TN 29 N 1454). The conductor Mr M.Muniraj have asked for extra money for luggage a luggage which is below 5kg from a poor village man above 60. He also scolded him in unwanted words for not giving money for luggage. So please take proper action against the conductor.
