Cheating by giving Wrong Information & NON-MICR DRAFTS

I have a serious complaint against SBI CREDIT CARDS. They called me and said they shall give me a Interest Free amount of Rs 30000 which I should repay in 30 days from the date of the draft. They said I shall receive the draft in 2 days. But I received the draft on 7th May a draft dated 28th April. 30 days would expire on 27th May. See the amount of CHEATING they send me Draft thats NON-MICR. I got the money only on the 19th May to be repaid on 27th May. That means I shoul've to repay on 21st May as it would take 6 days for them to receive money. So effectively the money remained in my account for only 2 days. For this 2 days I paid 600 rupees as processing fee. An annualised interest of more than 100%p.a. Even money lenders dont charge an interest rate as big as this. Kindly look into the matter and stop these guys from cheating common men
