Discrimination against existing bank customers

I've taken a housing loan with SBI on April. They've kept on increasing the interest rates as RBI has increased the rates to them. Recently the RBI has reduced the lending rates, which are not passed on to me by the bank. For new customers they're waiving off the interest rate. Why is the Government of India, in particular, the finance minister looking into this issue?

Do you think that existing customer does not face the issues of the financial crisis? Our country seems doomed due to the incomplete actions of the institutions/government.

If you're not in a position to act against such banks, please waive all our home loans like you've done to the agricultural loans.
