Non receipt of acknowledgement, file no. & passport

Dear Sir,

I had submitted an application for issue of passport in the prescribed form along with two copied of

NOC certificate duly signed by Director, Employees State Insurance, Health Care, Haryana and a DD No.032883 dated 24.6.2009 for Rs. 1000/- of HDFC Bank issued in favour of Regional Passport Officer, Chandigarh and alongwith all the relevant required certificates duly attested. The application was sent through Speed Post on 26.6.2009 vide receipt No. SP EH 101034122 IN. I have checked up from the web site of Indian Post, which confirms that the speed post envelop was delivered at the destination on 29.6.2009.

I am sorry to point out that till date I have neither received any acknowledgement of my application, nor file No. or passport even about 4 months are completing.

My husband tried to find out the status of the application from the enquiry office of RPO, Chandigarh but all his efforts vent in vein.

i shall be grateful, if my complaint is looked into and replied at the earliest with an outcome/status of passport.
