Airtel Prepaid No signal customer care total waste

I have tried to contact the airtel customer care for some days regarding the dreadful signal of this mobile service, but I am not able to do so even though I would have tried about 20 to 30 times to this number 198/121 but in vain. I request that any useful/company oriented if by any chance comes across this complaint should do something about the customer care service. My mobile No.9840585488
