Faulty Charges

My Post Paid Mobile No. is 9910107716 and I have been complaining since my present plan has started. Every month there are faulty charges in other massege category in my bill. I used to complain every month to 121 and some times nodel officers about it and these charges are rectified and get an assurance that it will not occured again. I am now fed up of all such useless complaints every month. Your whole department is incapable of removing such a trivial problem. Now please do some thing or close my number after making adjustment of my amount of whole year subscription. Same problem is occuring in my husband's post paid mobile no.i.e.9810297444
