Unauthorised using quarte

Espected sir,

In a govt. locality, an unauthorised family is using a 2room quarter in Pushpa vihar, sector 7.They are using water as well as electricity without any meter and charges. Even local pwd workers are also cares for their repairs. We have doubt that they take bribes from them.

We are govt employee. We are paying all water, electricity and house rent. But they are not paying for so many years. Then why we are?

I am giving you this address--quarter no 408, sector 7, Pushpa Vihar, new delhi 110017.The family using the quarter, living both the quarter no 410.That is in front of 408.Even they have given on rent for girls also in their shelter.

We are waiting for your immediate action against them.
