Deductions amount

I got a message saying your subscription to CRBt service has been renewed at Rs.30 for the period of 30days. To unsubscribe sms unsub 1003 to 155223.They send the message by deducting 30rs, I Have Un subscribed by the not remitted to balance. I have visted the Reliance World at paridese they register my compilant they said that in two working days remitted the amount of rs 30, But again they have deducted 30rs for same. If is not retified i will compilant in consumer forum.
