Against careless treatment: death of my dad

Sir,

I am Pushparaj from chidambaram. My father Thiru. S.Rajendiran suffered from hernia.on january 12 we had admitted him at chidambaram Annamalai University's medical college hospital in casualty ward.there the doctors had done the surgery in the time between 12am to 4am. After 10 days he got undigestion the doctors checked and tell that more a minor operation will be do.but we refused. After discharging we take him to other doctor who working at same college hospital. In the meantime my father severly affected and he loss his energy. The doctors said that dont late immdiatly go to puducherry.

We take our father to IndiraGandhi Govt Hospital, There the doctor named Venketesh said that our father's stomach had little obstruction due to mistake surgery of Annamalainagar college hospital doctors careless treatment. immediatly make surgery to avoid further illness.so he make surgery.

But he remove all our father's digestive system. When ask him about why he remove he not respond.8 hours after our father was death.when ask again about remove the stomach digestive system he just say you already agreed all my surgeries so you cannot ask anything to me and do whatever you could.

Please help me. WE all of dependent of our father and we deeply loved our father.we still cannot digest our father' death.

please help me.
