Deduction of money unnecessarily

My mobile no. is 9997373996, on 29 jun 08 i came to bariely form pithoragarh and unnecessarily my Rs 99 was deducted when i complained this to customer care they said they are sorry for that and the same amount will be returned in 48hrs today 20days have passed and no money have been refunded. Every time they give me stupid assurances telling sir abhi ho jayega.has the system of airtel has become so inefficient that they cannot handle simple problems or u have started hiring inefficient people.
