LISTED IN DEFAULTER LIST

My loan application submitted to BAJAJ FINANCE is said to be rejected on plea that my name is enlisted in defaulter list by CIBIL

As per my records & memory I have no outstanding due to be paid to any financial institution.

Hence please do the needful to overcome the problem and advice me the course of action to be taken from my side to avoid such embrassing position. Waiting for an early reply.
