Non delivery of speed post

Dear Sir/Mam,

I've sent a speed post on 16/03/09 from Kolkata Gpo To USA on which tracking no is EW 33271027 4IN

but its 18 days now there is no record where this parcel is. When called at GPO they said to lodge a complaint. Kindly look into this and rectify the same.
