Airtel GPRS (Area Specific Problem)

Hi,

Myself Vishal Sharma & my complaint is regarding no - 9910028597. I lodged a complaint about GPRS connection problem almost 20 days before but I didn't get any solution for it. The reference no is 28873161. This problem is area specific. GPRS works absolutely fine whenever I go to delhi or FBD but in our area (Ballabgarh), it stucks in between and out of 10 attempts, if it succeds to connect once or twice, the speed just sucks. Could you guys look into the problem ASAP??
