Non transfer of Provident Fund

I had submitted ‘Transfer of EPF Account’ in Form 13 with EPFO, Wazirpur, New Delhi office on 27/09 from EPF No. MH/61013/106 (Aska Equipments Ltd., Nagpur) to DL/4141/267 (Graphisads Pvt. Ltd., Delhi). In this response, Nagpur office issued a Cheque No. 607388 Dtd. 26/11 which was cleared on 01/02. While inquire in the Delhi Office, the amount is not yet credited to my account because of misplace of ANNEXTURE – K.

Officer of Delhi office said me to visit the Nagpur office and ask for the copy ANNEXTURE – K. But Nagpur office denied issuing same only on my request letter instead of official letter from Delhi Office.

I have visited Delhi office more than three times on official leave. But till today I have not been given favorable response.
