Lowerr comprassive strenght as per company claim

Dear sir'

i am anand dhuliya from ratlam (m.p.). I had purchesed 300 bags of ultratech cement for construction of our home. but after the filling of roof my contractor said to me the quality of cement is doughdtful. so I tested the cement in G.T.POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE, JAORA (RATLAM) M.P.

Lab report shows that the Comprassive strenght is 26 Mpa. but companies Spacification shows 42 -3 Mpa. so please give us your kind guidence on above subject and necessary action . we have all the orignal reciept of purchesing cement.
