I had purchased a washing machine (Samsung) from this renowned dealer at kolkata. Its already 3 weeks from purchase but still they are unable to send someone from parent company for demonstration. As its a fully automatic machine we are not able to operate or use the same. Being such a big dealer they are still unable to service their customers.
