Reg - ATM money wrongly deducted on my account

Dear sir/Madam,

On 08/02/09 at 9.25 AM i operated SBI walajapet branch ATM machine, Ist time i pressed for the amount of Rs 5000/- but the amount not came out and customer advice receipt also not received. After few minutes again tried to get the amount from same ATM machine When i tried at 2nd time i pressed Rs - and i got both amount and receipt also. But it was shocked that my Ist time entered amout Rs 5000/- also deducted along with 2nd time amount. When i rechecked my balance in same ATM machine i got same resul, which not received the amount of Rs 5000/ also deducted. I requesting you pl. help me in this matter reg.
