Dear Sir,

I had apply for personal loan as per telephonic discussion with your executive. and I have been submit all require document to her. but since 20 days I am not getting any response from her. & when I call her she pickup phone & keep the side. this is not method to behavior for customer.

she did not give me any loan reference no. and already I have complaint to give customer care on phone but she not respoce again (she name is :- Miss Naziya) from customer care office

My collect & offer loan person name is :- Miss miraj from bhandarkar road branch. she got any commission for collect customer document?

Please take correctly necessary action urgently
